OB Retreat is a spotlessly clean 6 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms, well appointed kitchen, lounge/dining. High speed unlimited fibre optic wifi.
PERFECT Wellington location in Oriental Bay. Great views, close to city, cafes, Te Papa, TSB Arena, parks & beach. Ideal for family, friends or work groups up to 12 people.
The ground floor of 100 year old Villa has 2 bathrooms, well appointed kitchen, lounge & dining area. 2 car parks. Can sleep 12. Five of the six bedrooms have Queen beds. One bedroom has two single beds. We also have 3 foldout beds that can be set up in 3 of the rooms if you require separate sleeping arrangements for singles. Plus there is a couch with a pullout bed! Please note, there is an extra one off cost of $25 per stay for setting up the foldout beds. Refer to Linen cost under additional fees. We also have 1 PortaCot, we just ask that you bring the linen for the babe.
You have all the amenities on your doorstep i.e bush, beach & urban walks, harbour view plus easy access to essential services. Your accommodation is one street back from the harbour providing a quiet retreat.
Oriental Bay is right by the harbour. OB Retreat is one street back from the bay providing a quiet retreat. The main entrance is via a short private path leading to 24 steps that take you to the front door. The extra elevation rewards you with stunning views!
We have two parks for average sized vehicles on our car deck further up the street that you can use by arrangement. Parking on the street is also an option. It is free after hours or during the weekend/public hols or the first two hours during the business day. Parking permits are $18 per day & can be purchased at the local dairy. Please let us know how many vehicles you will have at time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Cancellation Policy.
Please be aware that on top of the cancellation policy stated, the credit card cost is non-refundable. We are charged a credit card fee that isn't refunded to us if you cancel, so we will retain 5% to cover this.
